Free Toys

I cleaned out my kids playroom and threw away lots of stuff but there were several things that were such good condition still that I thought I would put them out here for anyone. If you are interested in them let me know. I'm not looking for any money. Or if you know of anyone that is really struggling for Christmas this year and might want any of them let me know. If I can't find

anyone I will just run them to DI. Anyway they all look pretty much new.

This is the Fisher Price Little People . It makes some sounds and the road turns in circles

Little princess castle. It has Belle, Cinderella, and Snow White. The tops turns and plays a song and if you push on the pictures of the princess' they say somthing. It did come with dolls but they are not in good shape but I know you can buy the little princess' in the store.

Staples and Thanksgiving

What do staples and Thanksgiving have in common...well nothing, but while enjoing our thanksgiving dinner my mom comes running in the church gym with cole in her arms and gushing blood. We have been though stiches and a head wound before so he amount of blood wasn't as scary this time. Cole need to go to the bathroom, and on his way out he was tackled, tripped, or pushed by another little boy. We aren't really sure which cause no one saw and the details are coming from a 4 year old. So the details tend to get better or worse depending on how he wants to tell the story that day. Of course he was freaking out when it happened but we settled him down and cleaned him up. The wound was not looking to good and we were in Idaho. My dad and Jeremy decided to try to find an urgent care. With no luck of finding one open, they took him to the hospital and luckily they did it rather quickly. They gave them the choice of numbing it or just doing it fast. Cole said just do it. So in about 3 seconds and no tears Cole had 5 new shiny staples in his head. He tells everyone"I was sooo tuff" and he was. He hasn't complained about it since. Now I am just scared for the bill!!

Oh Yeah Halloween

Better late than never RIGHT?? I hope most of you got to enjoy our tunnel this year. I had good intentions to take picture this year but Kenz was sick a couple days before Halloween and then ended up throwing up Halloween night too. We usually have a party and some great pics to show for it. I only got these pics at Grandma and Grandpa Telfords. They loved trick or treating, even Adelyn walked around our circle and loved putting the candy in her bag.

Oh I have a blog.....

I have to be honest I kind of forgot about my blog. I can't apologize everytime I don't post for awhile cause lets be honest I would just have a blog full of apologies. Lets see what have we been up to??? Hmmmmm.... Well I am working at Kohl's a couple nights a week. I work from like 8:30pm till whenever we get done which is usually 1:30 or 2ish. My kids are asleep they have no idea I'm even gone. I thought I might hate it but it hasn't been bad as I thought, until I started to realize we have some holidays coming up. I am not sure about working over the holidays but whatever.

I went through all the blogs on my list and I can't believe how many of you are expecting. Sorry no announcement here(don't hold your breath for one either). You are all more patient than me!!

I am in the process of potty training Adelyn. Well I have been in that process for several months but she is actually in underwear now. I like to start when they are around 18 months so I can just put her on everyonce in awhile so she is comfortable with it and learns what she is supposed to do.I know some of you think I'm crazy she isnt even 2 but I don't like changing diapers or the pile of diapers by the door(or buying them for that matter). I trained all my kids this young and it has seemed to work for me. She's doing pretty good. I am hoping by the end of this week or before Thanksgiving was my goal.

Now you see why blogging has been so slow. The Telford home isn't very exciting. But I do enjoy looking at your blogs and keeping in touch with all the great people in my life!! Happy Thanksgiving!!

Family Pictures

I love taking family pictures in the Fall it's just the prettiest time of the year. Here's a slide show of our newest pictures.

Swift Creek

We go camping every year with Jeremy's family in October. Yes cold, but still always fun. Its nice to have nothing to do for 4 days or so but sit by the fire. Here are a few pics from the weekend
Adelyn dressed like a boy to keep warm....she's still cute

The kids playing with cousins

And last but certainly not least. Jeremy taught Cole to pee in the the bushes.(which is important when your using a trailor and the tank isnt neverending) Obviously he didn't teach him to find a more private area or maybe not pull his pants down so low. It was funny anyway

2nd Visit from the tooth fairy but 1st real lost tooth

Well yes I'm behind again. I don't know why its been so hard for me to blog.... I'm going to be better. Anyway Kenz finally lost her first tooth. I say it was her 2nd visit from the tooth fairy cause back in August she ran into another little girl and broke two of her molars and have to have them pulled. No I didnt take any pictures I think I was in shock that you could acutally break two teeth that bad just from running into someone. Anyway she did great she didnt even cry when they numbed her or pulled them. She did however pull out this tooth all by herself.

Cole's 1st Day of Preschool

We have been waiting for this day for a long time, and although he could have gone last year he has that August bday so we are going to hold him back. I didn't want to make him go to preschool for 3 years. Cole tends to be on the naughty and sneeky side of things, so I was hoping preschool would curb some of his boredom and make us all happier! So far so good.

He is a handsome little stud!

First day of 1st Grade

Well school has officially started. I'd have to say I'm pretty excited my kids are READY!! ( ok maybe I am too) Mackenzie started 1st grade I think it will be an easy transitions she loves school. She got poked in the eye in line to come inside from recess and she cried when she saw me, lucky me I think she saved the emotions from it for me....She is such a good girl though and we are happy to be back school.

Lehi Round-up Parade

I was asked to help with our ward float this year. I have never been involved with one before and didn't know what to expect but we had so much fun putting it together and it was fun to see everyone's ideas come together. I think I even added some of my own creativity to it. I didnt know I was capable :) All of the other women were sure it was going to do well but I had no idea what to expect I had never even been to the parade. We ended up winning the highest award called the Sweepstakes award it was really exciting!! Kenz was also able to ride on the float .Here are some pics of our awesome float. Thanks to everyone who helped and who cheered for us!

Strawberry Days Rodeo

My parents took us all the the Strawberry Days Rodeo this year. It was so much fun. Its always fun to see my boys in their cowboys hats. They look so cute. We went with all the cousins.

Happy Birthday!!

The kids have a special message for Grandpa!!! We love you ! Thanks for all you do:)

First Day/Last Day

Today was the last day of Kindergarten for Kenz. I cant believe its over. The years just seem to get faster and faster. I put her in the same outfit as she wore for the first day so I could compare how much she had grown up. She loved Kindergarten so much but is excited for 1st grade too. She had a great teacher that taught her so much. Sometimes I'm surprised on the words she can read and spell. I was lucky enough to help in the class almost every week and I gained such an appreciation for how much teachers really do. I don't think I would have realized how awesome her teacher was and how hard she worked if I wasn't there. I'm glad I got to be so involved.
