Well life has been a little on the boring side of things, I'm sorry there hasn't been much to post. Since summer is over we aren't doing much but getting ready for school everyday. But when canning consumed my life for 3 weeks I thought I better take a picture and post that. Its something right. I bottled Pears, Chicken and salsa. Everyone says Chicken ? Its no different than canned chicken. I also got to teach a little class on how to bottle peaches I hope anyone that came found it a little useful. Anyway here are my exciting canning pictures. yay for you... my little domestic pal! you are the one that got me started on this whole canning thing! pat yourself on the back! i love canning/bottling... can't wait til next year when i have my kitchen back maybe you can cover over and mess up my kitchen with a little of your canning expertise!
